    Real estate management business of Sumitomo Corporation was transformed into the independent business entity, Sumisho Realty Management Co., Ltd. (SRM). Went into business as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sumitomo Corporation (Location: Harumi Triton Square Office)
  • November 2007
    SRM obtained license as a building lots and buildings business operator under Article 3 of the Building Lots and Building Transaction Business Act.
  • April 2008
    SRM completed registration as a financial instrument business operator (Investment Advisory and Agency Business and Type II Financial Instruments Business Operator).
  • May 2014
    SRM obtained the approval for entrustment-based agency services for transactions under Article 50-2 of the Building Lots and Building Transaction Business Act.
