Based on the “Guidelines for Corporations to Prevent Damage from Anti-social Forces” (Anti-crime Council of Ministers Managers Meeting, June 19, 2008), we declare the following basic policies with regard to anti-social forces in order to eliminate any relationship with such forces.
Responding as a Whole Organization
We will respond as a whole organization to improper claims by anti-social forces; in addition, we will ensure the safety of our officers and employees when responding to such claims by such forces.
Cooperating with Specialized Agencies
In response to improper claims by anti-social forces, we will cooperate with specialized agencies such as law enforcement agencies and attorneys at law.
Blocking off Any Relationship Including Business
We will not have any business with anti-social forces nor will we address any plan suspected of such a relationship. We will reject improper claims by anti-social forces; in the event of any suspicious activity, we will promptly implement the appropriate measures, such as cancellation of contracts.
Responding with Civil and Criminal Laws to Emergencies
We will actively respond to improper claims by anti-social forces under the appropriate civil and criminal laws.
No Financial Backing or Funding
We will not provide any financial backing or funds for anti-social forces nor will we provide any inappropriate and exceptional convenience or monetary settlements.
