Concept of Fund 2
The fund invests in rental housing and facilities associated with residential properties by acquiring newly developed facilities from Sumitomo Corporation, as well as purchasing properties in the real estate market. The residential fund No. 1, structured in March 2006, completed its exit in March 2009. The residential fund No. 2, structured in March 2007, is currently under management. The fund pursues geographically diverse investments with a portfolio composed of investments primarily in the Tokyo metropolitan area, the Kansai region, and ordinance-designated cities.
